Kihana Ogawa

Kihana Ogawa started skateboarding at the age of 8 in and around her hometown of Kugenumakaigan, Fujisawa in Kanagawa, Japan. A contest familiar, Kihana became an international threat in 2015 when she won the Exposure Am Bowl contest on her first competitive trip overseas. In 2022 She turned pro for Hosoi Skateboards. Kihana has since claimed many Exposure contest titles such as Highest Backside Air in 2022, and 2023 Vert and Vert Best Trick (backside tailslide shove-it). She’s also competed against the best at X Games and–following a broken ankle earlier in the same year–the inaugural Rockstar Energy Open in 2024. Proof that Kihana can take a hit and then come back swinging with the best of them.
