Once an up-and-comer training in his backyard, to an Olympic slopestyle gold medalist now training for more time in the backcountry. Red Gerard has come full circle with his snowboarding career and yet he’s only just begun. Homies to both the backcountry elite as well as the terrain park specialists, Red’s cred runs deep and for honest reason—he has all the skills without any of the attitude. He’s won all the contests and dropped more than enough backcountry footage to answer any questions. The work he put in for his Fleeting Time part speaks for itself. Huge tricks, heavy spots and few spills along the way. And his contributions to JOY didn’t fall short, either—he sent things deep. Overall, though, Red is relaxed and ready to go.
