Home is where the heart is, and for Sebo Walker, that place is Portland, Oregon. Surrounded by family, a sense of community, and a place where he can create a positive environment are some of the defining qualities that make Portland feel so special.
A true Portlander, Sebo left his roots to pursue his skateboarding dreams in Southern California. That decision led to being away from home for over a decade and, at one point, living out of a van, way before #vanlife was glorified on the internet. However, forgoing opportunities and living comforts were all sacrifices Sebo made by choice, and he was able to make the best of his situation.
It took a global pandemic and the joy of starting a family for Sebo to return to Portland. With his first breath of the crisp Pacific Northwest air, he knew he was home again. Now, watch as Sebo continues to live out his skateboarding dreams, reconnect with his Portland roots, and serve as a positive force in his community.
